At Raj Rajasthani Fashion, every garment is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. We strive to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Important Delivery & Unboxing Guidelines

  • Do Not Accept Tampered Packages: If the outer packaging is open, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the parcel from the courier.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: An uncut, continuous unboxing video is strictly mandatory for any return or exchange request. The video must clearly show the opening of the package and the defect/issue. No returns or refunds will be processed without an unboxing video.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product or an incorrect size compared to your order.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • You must provide the mandatory unboxing video alongside your request.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or wear.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings or lighting during photography.

  • Handmade products with slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or craftsmanship, as these are natural characteristics of traditional artisan work.

  • Requests made without a clear, continuous unboxing video.

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at mpukhraj96@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number and describe the issue.

  3. Attach the mandatory unboxing video and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and the specific defect.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  5. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Note: Products sent back without prior approval or without submitting an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged product).

Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Shipping & Cancellation Policy for complete details.
