At Raj Rajasthani Fashion, every garment is carefully crafted and inspected before dispatch. We strive to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive a defective product.

  • You receive the wrong product or an incorrect size compared to your order.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Products showing signs of use, alteration, or wear.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings or lighting during photography.

  • Handmade products with slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or craftsmanship, as these are natural characteristics of traditional artisan work.

Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Mention your order number and describe the issue.

  3. Attach clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

  5. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Products sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect, defective, or damaged product.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we may offer a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Order Cancellation
