  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During festivals, sales, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders are processed only on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Rajasthan: 2–5 business days

  • Other States in India: 4–8 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive shipment details or a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package if it appears significantly damaged.

  • Contact us immediately with photographs of the package.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.

Customized or Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customized, personalized, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances such as:

  • Incorrect pricing or technical errors.

  • Payment failure or unsuccessful verification.

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

Where applicable, refunds for approved cancellations will generally be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
